About John & Jessie

John and Jessie Established in 2007 we opened our doors to Kensington selling high end quality flowers, Jessie works with her customers to create stunning and unique floral arrangements for every occasion, Jessie is a colour specialist and her eye for detail and perfection goes unnoticed in everything she creates.

We have become a neighbourhood fixture and our shop has a real village feel located just off Kensington church street 

On the 23rd March 2020 Covid hit and we decided to open our sister store right next door Jack and Jessie our greengrocers with a curated selection of fresh produce and cupboard essentials which very quickly became a firm favourite with our locals, Jack sources fresh produce daily from, Italy, France, Spain and the UK selling only the finest fruits and vegetables.

Delivery info & Returns

We offer local delivery in Kensington and Notting Hill, as well as services across London with options for next day and named day delivery available Monday through Saturday. 

LONDON DELIVERY

Orders are hand-delivered by couriers from our Kensington Church St. shop between 9am and 5pm Monday through Saturday.

Please place your order before 3pm to receive it the next day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee or specify a time slot. No one home? - a delivery note will be left to specify whether the bouquet was left in a safe place at the delivery address or with a neighbour.

NATIONWIDE & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently do not offer nationwide or international delivery.


RETURNS

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges for online orders of any fresh flowers. In the unlikely event that your flowers have been damaged in transit or you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at info@johnandjessie.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please include your order number along with a photo of your items.
